The release, on the page mentioned in the above quote, is -
    heap.kogmbh.net/downloads/calligra_windows/calligra_2.4.91.1.msi

Where can one get the most recent release?
    Thank you.

I’m sure you can find it in your distributions repo :P

        Thank you for your response.
I am new to Calligra. Have not installed any version yet.
So “distributions repo” (distibutions repository?) doesn’t apply.
Am running Win 7, not Linux.
So would like to try the most recent version for that.

          I was a littlebit trolling ;)
On Linux you have centralised signed repositories so you don’t need to download anything. Everything is accessible from start.
On win you need to download build of this SW. But I really don’t know if there is any for this version.

  4. pmarki says:

Great and very promising, I’d like to switch to calligra from libreoffice, but I have to wait untill there will be better page layat UI and somethin like ‘merge char format’ (now when you want to change eg font color from dialog all your character syle will change to default). I’ve started to learn qt to help with develop. keep going :)

  5. AK says:

    Have installed calligra_2.5.2.1.msi.
The Help documentation, (F1), only appears for about a second, then disappears.
If one holds the F1 key down, the Help stays open, but functions and documents are inaccessible, nothing works.
    Haven’t restarted PC yet.
